How we prepare your vehicle

Everyone loves that new van feeling, but sometimes new isn't always the answer and here at Van Circle we offer you top quality used vans, and we like to think that we go the extra mile to make sure that your ‘new to you’ van comes polished, shiny and as new as possible.

All of our vehicles come from trusted sources and tend to be ex lease vehicles, which means that they have been fully maintained and well looked after. However, we still like to go above and beyond to ensure that you get the best from us, and we do a whole host of other checks. Not everyone may be familiar with what these are, so here we are going to go into a bit more detail so that you are fully in the know and able to make an informed decision.

Check off

All of our vehicles are subjected to a 128 point inspection, which include essential checks on tyres, suspension, brakes and steering. There are checks to the electrical controls, the exhaust and the interior and the exterior of the body work. These checks ensure that the car is roadworthy, and what's more, they offer the owner another level of protection as you have 30 days to get anything fixed, free of charge if an issue is found with something that was cleared in the inspection. The 128 point inspection has a simple ‘pass’ or ‘fail’ for each item checked, so you can rest assured that your vehicle will be mechanically sound and ready to go when it leaves Van Circle HQ.

It’s important to know that your vehicle has a clear history. We conduct a full service history on all our vehicles and only sell vehicles that are HPI Clear (Hire Purchase Investigations). These checks confirm the make and model and whether there has been a change to the colour during its lifetime, it confirms the number of owners and the body type. In order for a vehicle to be classed as HPI Clear, the vehicle must not have been involved in any major accidents, written off or have a questionable past. The vehicle must also be clear of any outstanding finance. With having an HPI Clear vehicle, you have the peace of mind knowing that there is one less thing to think about when buying your Quality Used Vehicle.

All our vehicles have a full MOT and any issues that may be raised by them are fixed, and can be seen in the service history log, the MOT is valid for a minimum 10 months with each vehicle sold. We also include a 6-month premium warranty. All the warranty details are set out on our Warranty page, but the important things to know are all electrical and mechanical issues are covered for the duration of the warranty, as is labour. A breakdown and recovery service is also included, as well as a hire car and possible hotel accommodation if needed. You can even extend the warranty for a longer period if you preferred, and the additional fees will be incorporated into your payments.

In addition to all that, we also give every vehicle a full valet from a trained professional. Helping you achieve that ‘brand new’ feel. The full valet includes a full vacuum of the interior seats, boot, and side pockets, all surfaces cleaned and buffed, and all seats fully cleaned, finishing off with a tyre clean and a sparkly polish on the exterior, which you might just need your sunglasses for.

Squeaky Clean

So, now you know the hard work we put into ensuring that each vehicle gets the VIP treatment it deserves, as we work tirelessly to make sure that all issues are dealt with and sorted with full transparency. All you need to do is look through the site, find the vehicle that is best for you, contact us and a member of staff will walk you through the rest of the process. We offer one to one appointments so that you get our full attention and will take as much time as you need to discuss any concerns or issues. Our stock does change quite quickly, so we recommend that you don’t wait too long before contacting us, and you never know, you could be the next person to drive away with a new to you quality used van from Van Circle.
